NAIBA Non‑Refund Policy
This Non‑Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all memberships, event registrations, sponsorships, certifications, and related purchases (“Services”) made with the National AI Business Alliance (“NAIBA”).
1. All Sales Final
All purchases made through NAIBA, including but not limited to:
Membership fees (Individual, Business, Corporate, Investor Circle)
Event tickets, passes, and registrations
Sponsorship packages and exhibitor fees
Certification program fees and exam registrations
are final and non‑refundable. Once a payment is processed, NAIBA does not issue refunds, credits, chargebacks, or reimbursements, except where required by applicable law.
2. Memberships
Membership fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once processed, regardless of usage, renewal date, or early cancellation by the member. No partial or pro‑rated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a membership term.
3. Events, Summits, and Conferences
All registrations for NAIBA events, including summits, conferences, workshops, and VIP gatherings, are non‑refundable. If you are unable to attend:
You may request a transfer of your registration to another person from your organization, subject to NAIBA approval and deadlines.
In some cases, at NAIBA’s sole discretion, your registration may be converted to a credit for a future NAIBA event, but NAIBA is under no obligation to do so.
4. Sponsorships, Exhibits, and Partnerships
All sponsorship, exhibitor, and partnership fees are non‑refundable once an agreement is signed and/or payment is received. This applies even if:
You later choose not to participate
You are unable to use all benefits or deliverables
You request changes in branding, booth size, or deliverables
If an event is rescheduled, NAIBA will apply your sponsorship or exhibit benefits to the rescheduled dates or a comparable NAIBA program.
5. Certifications and Programs
Payments for certification programs, exams, and educational offerings are non‑refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled session or exam:
You may request to reschedule, subject to availability, program rules, and any rescheduling fees.
Failure to attend without approved rescheduling is treated as a forfeiture, with no refund.
6. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
NAIBA reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, schedules, speakers, programming, or formats (including shifting to virtual or hybrid) at its discretion.
If an event is postponed or moved to a virtual/hybrid format, your registration will be honored for the new format or dates, and no refunds will be issued.
If NAIBA fully cancels an event and does not offer a replacement or rescheduled option, NAIBA may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future NAIBA event or program.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase with NAIBA, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider for transactions covered by this Policy. If you believe a charge is in error, you must contact NAIBA directly to attempt to resolve the matter.
8. Exceptions Required by Law
If any jurisdiction in which you reside or transact requires a different refund right by law, NAIBA will comply with those minimum legal requirements. In all other cases, this Non‑Refund Policy applies.
9. Acknowledgment
By purchasing a membership, registering for an event, sponsoring, exhibiting, or enrolling in any NAIBA program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non‑Refund Policy.
